The terms that apply when you access the store, create an account or place an order.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. The store may restrict access, cancel fraudulent transactions or request verification where misuse, payment risk or unlawful activity is suspected.
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary across screens and lighting. Jewellery may have minor variations in finish, stone placement, measurements or handcrafted details. Customers must review descriptions, sizes, quantities and selected variants before payment.
Prices, offers and availability may change without notice before payment. An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, cannot be delivered, fails verification or cannot legally be fulfilled.
Orders are prepaid through Razorpay and delivered only to PIN codes verified for prepaid Delhivery service. The Payment & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy form part of these terms.
A cancellation request should be sent immediately with the order number. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing, packing, personalisation, shipment manifestation or dispatch has begun. If accepted, any refund is issued according to the Payment & Refund Policy.
All sales are final except an approved claim for a product that arrived damaged, was incorrect, or was missing from the parcel. The Returns & Refunds Policy, including the continuous unboxing-video requirement, applies to every claim.
Store content, branding, photographs, designs and text may not be copied, scraped, republished or commercially used without permission. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
